GE's year is over, and it was disappointing and disastrous. But I have a few words and humble requests here.
Going into next season, which is 2025, I would urge all the fans to Let the Bygones be Bygones. Let's turn over a new leaf for the next season.
GE will be making changes and some of them are already out, so it's humble request to the fans to ditch the salt and do not criticize the players or the coaches anymore. Let it be the past and move on being optimistic and positive for the next year.
The owner has taken over the responsibility and accountability of the loss, and it's time to look forward to the new beginnings. GE is one of our own and is only the organisation to make it to VCT.
Addressing the incident where us, the fans, have complained that the management and players have disrespected us- it was sort of a mishap and GE as an organisation won't stand for it and do not mean any disrespect to the fans.
I know most of us are very furious about GE- the fact that they have not at all lived up to the expectations after inducing the false hope. The fans want more of Indian representation and I hope and urge all the fans to show immense support once again to the Indian rep at VCT and also others on the roster.
GE has been the subject to a lot of criticism and hate by the fans but believe me when I say they are the most professional organisation in India, they are able to bear all the criticism and don't indulge in any illegitimate actions which is not the case with most of the Indian orgs.
For the former players on the rosters, I won't be taking names but I wish you goodluck for your future and I hope you are able to grow and act more professional, amture and respectful to all of your supporters, not only your loved ones.
I hope we will see a new and improved GE taking all the accountability for whatsoever happens in the future, org and fans to be mutually respectful towards each other as we step into the next season.
