Please requirements to open threads

Can you put any requirements so that hooligans from another esport do not come to open threads like children to stain the forum? A month of antiquity in the account to open threads, a certain number of messages posted to open threads, whatever, but stop this practice, these users give less and less desire to enter the forum. They come, they create the account a day before or the same day and they start to create a bad atmosphere and then they leave, the user experience is unfortunate.

I personally never visit hltv,
But from many user here, they say mod in hltv will delete any post that discuss about valorant in it.

Recently with the major there some people who play cs and lol talking shit about major viewrship and sometimes some valorant fans , i mean i dont valorant threads on hltv as long as its not a toxic one
