Aspiring VLR Caster

Hi! As the title goes, I'm an aspiring VLR caster who has a passion for casting. I have done some casting before but would like to try casting some VLR games. Can someone enlighten me on the rules for casting or streaming VCT games without getting copystriked or page taken down? I don't really mind getting copystrikde I just wanted to hone my skills on doing live shoutcasting as well. Thank you for all your answers

Edit: Or can you guys recommend a site where I can stream VCT freely?

If im not wrong you need to apply for co streaming permission, You need atleast a small following for that and have contacts. Otherwise co streaming with permission will get you live stream taken down. It can work if you mute and cast over it

I can cast with the stream being muted tho, but I don't think it would guarantee the stream won't get taken down :(.
