im talking about stream production, not the servers + hardware, those 2 points are AWFUL and riot should be ashamed to have such bad pcs and servers for a million viewers esports
its not PGL, its Twitch
if you want to watch it in good 1080p and even 4K, just watch the stream on YT, but there will be a delay
