premiere ineligiblity

hello so i was wondering when the ineglibility comes off? i got comp ban a few days ago because my internet decided to shut down on me.

i think it is like 30 days of no bans?
try maintaining an acc only for premier if you dont have skins.

every 30 mins my computer loses connection for 5 mins so i cant even play competitive.
