everyone knows it took a while for them to get signed due to eg contract jail, but couldn't they have started practicing together before officially being signed?

waste of time if it falls threw but tbh imagine if it falls through or another team outbids( highly unlikely but possible ) you waste all the resources and i dont think the flaws would have shown since it would be (tier1 vs tier2 ) or (tier 1 who arent trying vs tier 1 who dont if they will stay together)
regradless i think it was outside things i think demon1's SO had a serious illness
