For Americas they start with this patch on Week 1

Then for all 4 leagues, patch 8.11 (Split out, Abyss in) starts on Stage 2 playoffs

Why is RiotVal so bad with the updates during a Split. All should be made before a Split so all teams all around the world can prepare ahead of time. Adapting to changes while competing to try and make it to Champions is just ridiculous.
