This assumes you have perfect knowledge of his position when he's gonna peek and an opportunity to safely take an entire burst peek just to break the shield - which will reveal the position you are playing in. Maybe in gold they're gonna suck enough that you can do this, but once you start playing against people who know what they're doing they're gonna specifically play in a way that ensures that you cannot do this, which is what makes it broken, especially on pistols.
