The Americans are bad, but riot did everything possible to improve this mediocre region.

1- Transferred all good teams from Latin America to the United States. This simply killed the competitiveness of the Latin servers while raising the level of the American server.
2- Latin teams cannot train properly due to "bureaucratic" problems (Loud and Leviathan have not yet managed to get together to train).

if South America had there own region it would be the worst OVERALL region. theyd have like 1-2 good teams and the rest would just be the bottom of every other league.
