Women and Men Coexisting in Esports

What is everyone's thoughts on men and women coexisting in esports instead of a separate league for men and women, what would be the differences and skill gaps. looking from c9 white and c9 blue the difference is so small i think women and men could play on one team and make better synergies sometimes? Any thoughts?

the normal vct tour isnt exclusive to men, even women can take part. its just that there are less women in val esports, which is why game changers exists, to bring more attention to the scene. btw c9w did take part in the open quals but lost to brimstone gaming

The invitation is there now, which is amazing. Talent is talent regardless of gender. It should only be a matter of time before we see mixed-gender teams as the norm, as long as the community is behind it and doesn't hound people out of competing.
