how to get out of iron?

so i'm currently iron 3 and i want to get out of iron but not sure what to do

i always top frag and think i should at least be diamond

my headshot rate is 3% and i get 15 kills every game and my kd is 0.77

no need, i get lots of kills anyway. i can body shoot good and does more damage because i have good aim tracking
