G2 doing well with icy, but what if they get a duelist like oxy?

oxy is undoubtedly the better player but what if icy is a better fit to the team?
oxy is better skill-wise but i feel that icy has very good chemistry + teamplay with the rest of g2 and icy is getting much better/more comfortable as the season goes on. so i see him improving to or near oxy.
