Chinese Stats?

Hey, Im creating a program for one of my classes which takes all of the stats of each league, but all of my china stats are messed up, there is no rating, no first bloods, ect. What is the reason for this?

China handles their own stats unlike EMEA,PAC,AMER where the stats are shared in the same database (or something). It is hard to get chinese stats if you dont speak chinese.

a lot of people say its to falsify stats to make them look better, it happened in another game I don't remember which
