Therefore, what should TH's punishment be?

The obvious punishment would be to bar TH from participating in shanghai, and have the 4th place team, karmine korp take their place.

However, because of one Marshall "N4rrate" Massey's past actions and racist sentiments which may become detrimental to riot game's image, I strongly urge riot games to pass that spot off instead to one of TL and NAVI in an emergency Bo1 to determine which one of these two teams should replace TH at shanghai.
