Yeah confirmed it will be live in Shanghai and maybe just more Harbor action? Or probably a double wall setup with Viper and Harbor instead

i heard pacific will play with it before shanghai. I might be wrong tho since I'm not from the region itself
For APAC it's starting from the Lower Finals, not sure about the other regions
probably all the same?
It's not uncommon for different regions to be playing on different patches tbh
