Format for split

Is so so so shit too, why tf are records carrying over, this allows teams that may have fluked to be carried by their stage 1 records while teams like EG and loud get stiffed because they had a slow start
Genuinely are riot drunk what are they cooking why was this necessary for formatting purposes
