forced a system that only functions with an insane IGL on his super team because FNS carried him for years and that's all he knew even though he had to work with a completely new IGL, the team was destined to fail the second those contracts were signed I fear.

Took Demon1 off Raze in their last map after spending god knows how many weeks scrimming with Demon1 Raze that was literally the wrong decision to begin with (and yet he tried to double down and defend it)

Probably the worst display of coaching I've ever seen.

the problem I pointed out is the fundamental issue, Chet tried to 1:1 replace Ethan (a new IGL) with FNS when that should've been avoided. He isn't a coach that's progressive, he sticks to what he knows, thats all there is to it.

he's literally the head coach and greenlighted Ethan to IGL what? you think he doesn't have the final say in a decision like that? are you stupid? ANY head coach that's progressive enough to realize that this team needed to function without a heavy IGL like FNS if we're picking up Ethan to IGL would've made this superteam work enough to at least qualify to a major lmfaooo.

it's funny how you mention "forced demon1 on raze" as if demon1 doesn't have a choice, you think if demon1 didn't think he was comfortable on raze he wouldn't have just said so? or do you think he said he can't play raze and chet went "fuck you I'm the coach". it's amazing how hard you'll try to justify demon1's underwhelming performance

This team would've been infinitely closer if Victor Raze was the decision BEFORE Kick Off even happened. They were running Demon1 Jett 24/7 in that tourney for a reason, they thought they could make the comps work without the agent and then they realized it was a failure so they spent the month between Kick Off and Split 1 with Demon1 Raze. They failed from the get go and they're realizing it now whether they want to admit or not. There's other massive issues tbf but their confidence right now wouldn't be this bad if they weren't fucking up offseason decisions.

I think he just wanted to turn Demon1 into a true duelist like Aspas, but there's not enough time to bring Demon1 to that level. I don't think it was bad decision; it was just unlucky that Demon1 was not capable of being a good raze as of now
