LOUD and SEN Dont qualify?

Loud is 3/6 rn and EG is 5-8
So if LOUD dont win 2-0 and go 5/6 they dont qualify? Can someone tell me if this is right, im confused

there's no way EG make shanghai though i think they'd need one of the bottom 2 from group Alpha to beat and build momentum against bc they aint beating 100T/LEV whichever one of those is #2 in omega without momentum
