Masters Shanghai question

Why is it that every shit team has a chance to qualify for this masters, whilst the good ones are out? Only good team that I see are kru and Lev, rest are ass, especially EU teams?

its like almost you have to WIN to qualify and sentinels can't BEAT the teams that others in their group are BEATING.

If the teams are winning they aren't shit. If they are losing they are, pretty simple stuff here. If the good teams in your mind are so good, why don't they just start winning?
