Brainrot, he has something wrong with his hands due to blood circulation or something of that sort, so he shakes his hand to keep them warm if I'm not mistaken.

Idk if its due a medical condition, im not too up to date on 100t

But i will say that even when he was insane, like in 2021/2022, his aim was more shaky than most pro's, it was kind of his identity

In regards to his shaky aim, he just plays high sens compared to most other pros, when we were talking about shaking we were referring to what he does with his hands between rounds
