1. drop ethan for a real igl like mitch or fluyuh. doubt either of them would want to leave their teams though
2. hire david goggins to beat the ever living crap out of chet and make him wake up
3. (realistic) put victor on raze, let demon1 flex onto smokes and marved onto senti just like they did on lotus. don't know why chet felt like cooking on lotus but not sunset
