Wait... why does this remind me of old EG. Looking mid af then mid season become S tier team? Does having her as a coach make you go from Tier 2 player -> Tier 1 player? What sorcery is this?

But they have looked better and better now as individuals. I just find it stupid when players get no credit for wins if they are from tier 2 or something like that.

Coaches are the ones who find and enable the players. You see this with most good coaches like potter and enghh.
They can take tier 2 talent and help them get to their potential.
Ofc credit to the players, but the coaches play a huge part aswell.
