i play on yzen 5600x and rtx2080 and 16gb ram on ssd.
and my game STUTTERS fucking MICRO STUTTERS how can i fix this ia m getting crazy

has nothing to-do with the gpu since this game is cpu based lmfao and my cpu and gpu usage are both perfect i have average 300fps

It's because they are too busy taking all of your data to sell to advertisers. Or the PRC, if you're so inclined.

Ping and packet loss is different.
I think you can show the packet loss in Settings - Video - Stats
You can show the packet loss either in Graph or Text or Both.
I prefer Graph when play. Good network should have 0 packet loss.
If packed loss is spiking when stutter, it means you have bad network.

i fixed it myself thank you everyone, i updated my nvidia control panel settings and didnt had 1x stutter.
