Competitive Level in Americas

The competitive level in American League is way higher than EU and Pacific. We out here having teams like C9, 100T and LEV owning previous world champ teams. There is no clear top 4 in America right now (at this point, i believe that somehow KRU will qualify for Shanghai). On the other hand, region like EU and Pacific only have like 2-3 teams clearly look way more dominant than others.
