its a combination of the average of the X teams and the bottom team
so like for top 3
the average of SEN, NRG, and LOUD is greater than whatever 3 you pick for EMEA (i'd say KC, TH, and Navi) and LOUD (AMER #3) >= Navi (EMEA #3)
the average of SEN, LOUD, and NRG is slightly greater than DRX, GenG, and PRX, and LOUD >>> DRX so AMER >
the average of GenG, PRX and DRX is slightly greater than the average of KC, TH, and Navi, but Navi >> DRX, so EMEA's depth among the top 3 teams is greater than PAC's
