Best STRETCHED resolution ?

I get 30 FPS on 19201080 thats why I switched to 4:3
Can u guys suggest me a better Reso for more FPS ? in both 16:9 and 4:3
I am currently using 1280960 4:3

at that point you cant really ask for more

i prefer 5:4

if u get 30fps on 1920
800x600 is your resolution
