How to become a better team?

I am in a team with 4 more players for over a month now, we're facing difficulties and we don't really know how to be better efficiently as a team, we are currently looking for a coach that can help us. We average immortal 2/radiant rank and we are scrimming daily, doing vod reviews, we are finding errors but we aren't solving them properly. Can anyonhe shine some light on me on some methods or things we should look for so we can become a great team and get a better teamplay (Sorry for any language mistakes, english is not my main language)
I'm on a hunger for improvement, we really want to get better but we feel kinda limited by ourselves

honestly, give up. im guessing youre 16 and trying to become pro, but youre simply not going to succeed

watch pro teams play and try to understand the game. don't watch the game just for entertainment, pay attention to the minimap and see what they do why, and when. I'm not trying to be a pro but if I was I would start by doing this.
