the level of play here is rough. Not even a regional thing, low tier Pacific and Americas teams will also look like this.

FPX clears these 2 teams. I miss Madrid where every series was at least decent.

Because as each new VCT Lan happens, the quality of skill is meant to increase. it has been since iceland 2022. Madrid the quality of the games was not strategic as champs 2023

that is literally my point, its not practical to compare the first event of the year to the last but you cant just say madrid did not have high skill games as that is straight up disrespectful and discrediting any attending team

Madrid quality of play was dreadful outside of SEN, GEN.G and the occasional PRX match. LOUD and EDG were in shambles. TH, KC and FPX had their highlight moments but were ultimately too inexperienced to compete with the small pool of top teams at the event and Paper Rex was inconsistent.
