This is such a weird argument because he is now definitely not at equal asking price BECAUSE he was really good at one point and therefore has an inflated value. You can be a fraud after being good. If you're going with at least being equal to asking price once then you can make an argument for any player to not be a fraud. Fuck I guess vanity is not a fraud since he was definitely at equal asking price at some point, even if he's shit now.
