What makes Champions better than Masters? Both are International events, is it because of the name or?

more competition and teams at the end of the year tend to be better. also formats are better and larger.

historically you literally get a bye past groups if you are top seed in masters, meaning you only need to win 4 games to win the event (as compared to a minimum of 6 at champs for #1 seeds)
