question about format and matches

so we have SEN and GENG on playoffs

we have KC 1-1 and EDG 1-1

then we have the rest of the teams

Loud 0-1
FPX 0-1
PRX 0-1
TH 0-1
Suppose that Loud and PRX wins (not saying that they will actually win, this is just for the question)
we will have Loud, PRX, KC and EDG
they will draw the matches randomly for these 4 teams? or KC and EDG cannot play each other?

Pretty sure it's completely random for the 4 teams that are 1-1. I think KC and EDG can play each other

interesting, i thought that since EDG and KC are 1st in their region they would not play each other

After the first round matches, kickoff seeding is completely thrown out of the window for the rest of the tournament.

best case scenario imo is for the "win then lose" teams will go against the "lose then win" teams

or inter-region matchups so no two team from the same region will compete each other

Liquipedia simply says "Rounds 2 and 3 are seeded based on each team's win-loss record." Says nothing that KC and EDG can't play each other. I'm curious where you saw this bracket?
