Omega and Alpha what is format?

Title. What is format they Stage 1 game each other all right? like last year everyone battle out each other? only stage 2 not that and group only battle? pls explain thank

Each team plays each other. Honestly a W. I thought this separate split format wouldn't allow all match-ups to happen but they somehow cooked.
