It’s not like esports players are filthy rich
Some just join as coaches on teams and etc
But I'm not sure about the rest
streaming or working for esports orgs not on a team or tournament organizers most of the time
even if they don't, most esports players honestly just go back to college. it's why there's been a larger push for some players to compete during or only after getting their degree.
if they're super young they probably go back to school. If not they can always become an analysts, coach, work in esports company, or become a caster like steele.

Streaming is not sustainable for 99% of esports players

There are obviously exceptions
But in general streaming isn’t sustainable at all for esports players
It's just depends how u branding ur self
There's always characteristic of streamer it's self
Also I believe if ardiis want become streamer he can growth (but he can also have fast drain and become burn out so easily because of the character himself)
Coach, do a farm, make another org, streamer, become part of the game (caster, analyst, part of BTS (cameramen, observer, etc), manager
some may become analysts, casters, coaches, streamers etc
some try to invest during their career to have a money buffer for retirement
some get degree and a regular job
