Format is good

Rito actually made a decent format that suits the idea of each consecutive major being more significant than the previous

• Masters Madrid is full of underdogs which makes it more exciting but it also doesn’t feel like “the best of the best” are there because of the qual process
  Then we have the split 1 where teams play only half of the teams
• Masters Shanghai is an event that will see teams that are better in the mid stage -> still not perfect for selecting best teams but still rewarding the ones that start strong
• Champions teams will be selected based on results of both Split 1 and 2 so here is where actually “best of the best” will play
  So this way there is actually a difference between masters and champs unlike last year where 3/4 teams in each region automatically qualified to both masters and champs, which made them feel like basically the same event

and still pacific wont win a trophy

I guess this makes sense. But still, the more matches the better.
