Where would you guys rank Madrid?

I think it's higher than all 2021 events but lower than all 2023 events. What do you guys think? I would like to hear what vlr thinks because I am interested :).

i assume you're trying to rank how good the tournament is from a competitive standpoint which by your criteria makes it impossible to not rank it the highest since the game has evolved and every team has gotten better since 2023...
