VCT is Valorant Champions Tour which includes all the masters playoffs, regional games etc and not the finals.

He meant to say "include India in the next VCT circuit points format"

If GE ends up winning the whole thing then SA probs gets 2 slots, otherwise a single slot for Masters is still decent. LATAM's competition level is a lot like SA's, and they get a single slot as well (although I'd love to see more LATAM slots in Masters as their sole representative outperformed both representatives from JP and BR. Quarters for a minor region is impressive as heck.)
