Odin is mainly used in Ascent for a reason, and let me tell you: it's not about the weapon but the map itself. That map is just made out of paper, if it wasn't for that then Odin wouldn't be used so often

everyone complained about stinger's high fire rate and cheap price, allowing it to stomp close range enounters.
everyone complains about the frenzy for the same reason except during pistol rounds.
everyone complains about the operator for being an "easy gun", just tap and kill no skill needed
everyone complains about the judge for the lack of aim and skill needed to use the gun, just jump and you can kill someone from 15 metres away.

Have you bothered to read the patch notes at any point in time?
