Basically the guy in the video's friend bought an account on a chinese valorant account selling site for 100rmb and it turned out to be FNS's actual valorant account.
So then this guy wants to give FNS his account back so he first messages a streamer using FNS' account who I can't make out but then after the first streamer ignores him he messages shanks who dosen't believe the guy and thinks it is s0m trolling him. So then the guy starts typing in chinese and that makes shanks and a bunch of other ppl ask him to go into a voice chat to prove if he's s0m or not. The guy's mic, however, is broken so they still think he is s0m.
Finally this guy convinces shanks and co by typing in chinese again and they tell FNS who is still oblivious. It is not until FNS himself goes into shanks stream and sees his account type in realtime to shanks.
It is speculated that FNS got his password stolen from some shady website and whatnot. In the end the guy gave FNS' account back to him
tldr: FNS buys temu products and gets his valo account stolen and sold on chinese market for 100rmb (18 CAD)
