In Brazil you can buy everything seperately, but I don't think you can in NA.

£20 is a significant amount for what it is but at least like 50% of what the skins make goes towards the teams

You can't unless you are in BR server from what i know, they can buy anything separately due to a law.
And 20 bucks is pretty reasonable wtf, you are supporting your team and getting a classic + cool card + spray and gunbuddy.
