its just a kick off event tho and they played ight but not good enough to win so would you rather have a team that plays good against another team with similar capabilities or a team that gets completely dog walked.

I would rather see teams get more than 2 matches to prove themselves after a 5 month offseason, instead of going 0-2 and having to wait another 2 months to watch them again

Wouldn't the two months of not playing give them time to get better instead of them just being mid entire season. They wont have time to develop if they have continuous amounts of matches back to back. It's hard to gain momentum when they lose matches like those.

This masters is basically just another lock in and when the split started that's when EG started to cook. Lock in was worse 1 game and out.

"Just a kick off event" - the schedule is that if you lose 2 back to back games you're out of one Masters in a year, and that really sucks for players and fans alike, because they won't be playing for a while - made especially worse when there was such a long off season before this.

We see yay play Neon, Skye, Viper, Jett, Viper over 5 maps, and now we gotta wait for like 1-2 months? Before we can see him and Bleed play again.

Yay didn't look comfortable in the roles that weren't duelist and it shows. The time given seems like a blessing because they didn't trial him and started slightly later than the teams in scrims. Yay said he is willing to play any role not that he can, these 2 months for him are needed.
