i’ve got the answer. the management and coaching had always been a problem. sen has great players. mechanically skilled shooters so why aren’t they winning? world class roster and yet no results to show
2021 - refused to get a coach cause buyouts were “too expensive” and let shahz do all the work as igl, coach, and analysts. he also got all the blame lol
2022 - same shit. hunter mims also had issues.signed rawkus lolol no shade to the coach though but he cannot compete with other coaches
2023 - issues between coaching staff and the org were clear as day. coach syyko refused to bootcamp in brazil. visa issues and starting late bc of the brazilians were also fucked. team also had role issues putting pancada on kj and sacy on viper. again, coaching decisions are questionable. sentinels attack side strats were also abysmal.
2024 - again coaching issues. kaplan refuses to call a timeout until it’s too late. didn’t work on their attack side strats like last year and people are surprised why they didn’t win against loud. no innovation like top coaches(potter.. chet etc)
