Americas = Most depth. Our worst teams can still beat anyone on a good day. 10/10

Pacific = T1 got better, Gen G got better, RRQ still good, Zeta got better. DRX and PRX got slightly worse but overall the region is much stronger. 8/10, y0y brings them down.

China = Lots of potential. I think every team made good roster moves that makes the region better overall. Kangkang still farms though. 7/10.

EMEA = Thuggish league full of tobacco addicts. Snus legal? Really Riot? 0/10, active arrest warrant out for all of them when they cross US borders.

Tho this year EU is def weaker but fnc and navi still strong
