Why stretched res doesn't give more fps? I switched to 1280x960 once again and I'm not getting more fps, maybe even less. Is it normal? If not how to fix that, because in theory your pc should render less pixels and give you more fps.

1920x1080 i get 160-150 on 1280x960 i get 180 consistent... but im not getting the frames i should be getting on a 1060
I play 1280 streched, 60 fps capped, but sometimes when spraying or duel, it goes to 40 xd
i have more fps in cs, wtf
On all Low settings I get more FPS on 960, heck I can even add MSAA x4 to get rid of the jagged edges and the FPS are still higher than 1080 without it
