Why is riot so bad with season scheduling

6 months of off season is crazy no? Surely they can do smthing like the autumn and spring split like LoL

1 champs could be enough but yea I’d like to see at least 2 splits and 2 masters. Since there are more teams now after franchising

Maybe an MSI in place of a second championship tournament?

idk whats worse, the fact that this leads to many tournaments being rushed leading to issues with time, and exhaustion like LOUD or that this leads to more t2 orgs dipping and leaving players as they do not want to be financing them while the season is dead for 6 months

if you read any content from Leo F you'd know that it's because of changes to franchising. Adding China league and such. Eventually it will be much better, but you're looking at 1-2 years until then. Also due to scheduling around GC and Challengers/ascension
