Ascension CN 2023 : Rare Atom

So i have been wondering since its the chinese league, and if rare atom makes franchise then does their Korean players count as imports? Cuz i m pretty sure only 1 import is allowed per team right and rare atom has two koreans on team

yes they will be counted as imports but not sure about 1 import rule
if it is then they will drop yoman
