Kingg always had stats like those even in brasil i remember he never was below 1.5 KD. he is of the best ranked demons i ever seen. He is extremely consistent in his game even during ranked games, something very few people in the world can do.
naa if kingg takes the games seriously i believe he would still consolidate between 1.6 or 1.5 K/D ratio every game he has done this many times in brazil the only one who was at that level was Less from LOUD.
he migrated his previous account to NA, he created a new account on south america (where he is now) so he doesnt have to talk to riot for permission to migrate it everytime he switches servers
