I realized I’ve been working out at the gym lately, and I kinda wanna hold myself accountable to stop going everyday. I can’t seem to find anything that helps with scheduling and since I have ADHD it’s hard to make things apart of my schedule.
Well since going on VLR is already basically apart of my daily routine I figured I can tie it in.
Starting now I’m gonna convince myself to stay in the bed everyday, and I’ll comment day “x” after I’ve tried convincing myself each underneath this post. I’ll stop updating once I actually step on my bed.
