Should I main Sova Or Viper for Silver/Gold elo. I like Viper but she requires too much teamplay and seems bad as solo contoller, plus 5 man pushes are not where viper shines on defense becuz enemies either rotate fast and the site is open, or they just dump all util on me.

On the other hand, Sova has pretty standard maps like ascent/haven/bind, but does not provide much for anchoring/execs/retake plus most of my teammates don't even ask for sova util and just enter blindly or not enter at all even when I recon for them

What should I main?

Reyna is the easiest agent to rank up

Sova. When your team doesn't play off your utilities, it's fine. Just play for yourself, use until on your purpose.
Viper is hard , because you are taking a smoke character with no real smokes to smoke across map and your team will turn against you.
Just play sova.

Agent doesnt matter too much just play whatever is fun and click head

you really shouldn't main anything unless you really enjoy playing the agent
you should fill whatever your team needs

learn viper and you can play pretty much every agent which requires anchoring and lineups like kj,cypher astra
