performance change based on headphones

I have a pair of iem that I use and I always play better when im usin em, i play like dook when i use my headphones
does anyone else have a headphone pref
like i literally went from barely even to 24/7 and 18/7 and 22/16 and 22/13 and my hs % is also up to around 30 in my last 10 games

yeah something similar to this happened to me, i changed my keyboard and i went from iron 1 to immo 3 in two minutes
