Different NA vs EU

We can see in EU , lot of young talents shine and become superstars, while in NA , teams like SEN. 100T. Envy have lot of old age members (from CSGO) , but still dominate NA scene. And even with young team like GMB , they still destroyed all NA teams

100t match should have been 2-0 as 13-5 13-5. also in haven they won w/o strats and prac. GMB destroyed the na with 3-0

But 100t came back and beat ascend too. It’s not a coincidence.

so 100T playing 10 rounds almost perfectly is making them actually the undeserved winner and they shouldve lost 2:0?

Maybe not the problem with NA yet, but stuff like this has always been problematic for NA. Old dogs stay on top while young players don't have get any chances at top level. Not problem yet, but could be in year or two. Has happened in other esport games as well.
